• KYC Documents: Retained for 5 years post account closure per PMLA requirements
• Marketing Data: Deleted within 90 days of consent withdrawal

As an investor on the FarmLandio platform, you have the following rights under applicable Indian data protection laws:

8Children's Privacy

FarmLandio's investment platform is strictly intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that a minor has registered on our platform, we will immediately delete the account and associated data. Parents or guardians who believe their child's information has been submitted should contact us at privacy@farmlandio.in.

9Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes:

• We will notify all registered investors via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect
